Shipping policy

If you receive an item that’s proven faulty/damaged or not what you ordered, ODD Studio will happily exchange this for you, free of any charges.

If your parcel is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information sent from your end- or you have failed to collect your parcel from your local post, ODD Studio is not liable for the re-postage of your order. 

*To have the parcel re-sent you will need to pay the cost of re-delivery to your address. 

If your parcel has been shipped by ODD Studio, you will then be issued a tracking number. You can look at this as often as you like but please notify us if it has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe. We can follow this up for you. No refunds will be given if your parcel is delayed/missing by a third-party courier, we will however follow it up, access and if necessary, replace your items free of charge. 

At ODD we do offer a free pickup service from our local Fitzroy North store. To use this service please select the Pick Up’ icon in the delivery method when processing payment.

For International orders - please contact us prior purchase, and we'll advise if we can deliver to your location. Delivery costs will be additional.
